Miami Children’s Hospital engaged ADAMS to serve as Owner’s Representation for the following projects.

New Tower – $72M, 200,000 sf, 80 beds.  This tower was 6 floors, including NICU and PICU.  Predecessor projects included Imaging and Lab Services Renovations.  LEED Certification is being sought.  LEAN and BIM Processes Incorporated.

Emergency Department Expansion and Renovation – $14M, 43,562 sf, 59 bays.

Various Ambulatory Care Centers – $24M, 4 Sites

Dates of Completion: 2013 and 2014
