Mr. Christmann has thirty-one (31) years of experience in corporate and healthcare facility project management, construction and operations. As Chief Executive Officer at ADAMS, he carries full responsibility for leadership, operations and management of the company. Prior to joining ADAMS, Mr. Christmann was Vice President for Healthcare at McCarthy in Dallas, Texas and previously, Vice President at GE Johnson Construction Company in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Mr. Hucks has twenty-nine (29) years of project management experience in healthcare and biotechnology projects. As Chief Operating Officer at ADAMS, he carries responsibility for all revenue production, professional services execution, quality assurance and operations of the company. During his tenure at ADAMS, Mr. Hucks has been involved in a number of successful program management and advisory engagements delivering a broad range of services that vary from managing the planning, design, construction and occupancy of healthcare facilities to consulting on real estate options as well as organizational development for internal healthcare planning and construction departments.

Ms. Sipe has thirty-eight (38) years of healthcare, commercial, and institutional building experience. She has successfully managed the pre-construction design and engineering process and construction and activation activities for complex, at-risk projects. She possesses a talent for recognizing critical issues and developing innovative solutions. As a Vice President at ADAMS, Ms. Sipe is responsible for the delivery of comprehensive services and client satisfaction. She oversees and manages the delivery of planning, design, and construction program management and other related consulting services by her professional teams. Prior to joining ADAMS, Ms. Sipe served a lengthy tenure with Turner Construction Company in Cleveland, Ohio, where she managed over $650 million in construction projects.

With over twenty-one (21) years of experience in project management and construction of healthcare facilities, Mr. Gordy is renowned for his work in managing projects that vary from large and multi-faceted expansions and renovations to focusing on the particular challenges like that of a Children’s Hospital.  On engagements, Mr. Gordy oversees and manages the delivery of planning, design, and construction services for complex healthcare programs and other related consulting services delivered by ADAMS’ professional teams.

Ms. Edwards joined ADAMS in 2018. In leading the Finance team, Ms. Edwards is responsible for the delivery of finance services such as accounting, treasury, shareholder relations, reporting, budgeting and insurance management. Ms. Edwards has twenty years of experience in corporate accounting in various size firms. Ms. Edwards holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Shorter University and a Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University.

Mr. Vinson has twenty nine (29) years of experience as one of the most skilled leaders in medical equipment planning and leads the Medical Equipment Planning Team at ADAMS. His depth of knowledge spans his entire career starting with a sales executive role for a medical imaging equipment manufacturer to leading the largest medical equipment planning firm in the world prior to joining the ADAMS team.

Dr. Jackman has over 30 years of experience and leads the Transition Planning team at ADAMS. She has obtained her Doctorate in Strategic Leadership with a Focus in Healthcare Foresight to ensure her team and clients achieve a smooth transition and plan for the future.
