The program includes a multi-phased, major addition and renovations to the existing campus.  The project includes a phased addition and expansion of the existing Emergency Department, a new 7-story tower that will include a new surgery department featuring a hybrid OR, 154 new private patient beds (including ICU beds), public concourse area, and support space.  Upgrades to existing campus utilities and infrastructure as well as extensive site redevelopment to include both structured and on-grade parking. Over 20 enabling projects were required to allow the main project to progress as well as abatement and demolition of numerous existing buildings, which included the hospital’s main loading dock.  Multiple phased renovations will follow the main addition projects.
