$540M project totaling 4M+ sf.  This project consisted of a Facility Condition Assessment of the existing facilities and providing recommendations for immediate and future updates, renovations, etc.  ADAMS also provided a strategic assessment and volume projection that included a 10-year system wide Strategic Facility Master Plan (SFMP) for Grand Rapids Hospital, Regional Hospital, The Medical Group, Continuing Care and Ambulatory Services.
