ADAMS provided Owner’s Representation Services, including management of integrated project delivery processes and controls, management of a fully integrated, online project management database, and overall program management. ADAMS staff was retained to lead the Project Team, augment existing Capital Improvement Project (CIP) Department staff, and lead and manage project management activities and CIP junior staff. ADAMS also managed the work of multiple consultants that comprised the Project Team.
