In need of comprehensive Owner’s Representation Services for the replacement program, St. Joseph’s Hospital Highland engaged ADAMS in April 2010 to provide effective management of the capital program. ADAMS’ services were focused on providing oversight of all phases, including site analysis and selection, initial project team development, and organization – through planning, design, and construction to occupancy and close-out.
