$230M project totaling 364,000 sf.  This program consisted of 80 inpatient beds opening day with the ability to expand to 130 beds without major construction.  The program also consisted of 5 ORs, 96,000 sf MOB, 30 ED bays and 2 shelled trauma rooms.
